NHS App Guidance — Order Prescriptions Online
The NHS App lets you order repeat prescriptions online and have them sent directly to Knights Pharmacy.
Download the NHS App (free on Apple App Store and Google Play) and verify your identity using your NHS login.
Go to Prescriptions → Set a nominated pharmacy → Search for Knights Pharmacy → Confirm
Open the app → Prescriptions → Request a repeat prescription.
Select the medications you need and submit.
Your GP reviews and approves, then sends it to your nominated branch.
We'll text you when it's ready.
Tip: Order at least 5 working days before you run out.
