Acne can affect confidence and wellbeing at any age. Through the Wales Common Ailments Service, our pharmacists can assess your skin and provide appropriate treatment free of charge.
Symptoms:
- Blackheads and whiteheads
- Red, inflamed spots and pustules
- Deeper cysts or nodules in more severe cases
- Oily skin, most commonly on the face, chest or back
Treatment at Knights Pharmacy:
We can supply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel and advise on a consistent skincare routine using non-comedogenic products. For moderate to severe acne not responding to topical treatment, we will refer you to your GP.

If acne is severe, causing scarring, or significantly affecting your mental health.
