Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is a common fungal infection that thrives in warm, damp conditions. Through the Wales Common Ailments Service, our pharmacists can supply antifungal treatment free of charge.

Symptoms:

  • Itching, stinging or burning between the toes or on the soles
  • Peeling, cracking or scaling skin
  • White, soggy skin between the toes
  • Unpleasant odour

Treatment at Knights Pharmacy:

We supply clotrimazole, terbinafine or miconazole cream. Apply for the full recommended course — stopping early is the most common reason it returns. We'll also advise on footwear and hygiene to prevent recurrence.

Walk in to any Knights Pharmacy branch in Wales — no appointment or GP referral needed. Free for patients registered with a Welsh GP practice.
